What We Do

Services Built Around
Your Home

Whether it's a quick repair or a major build, we bring the same care and attention to detail — because your home deserves nothing less.

Home Repairs & Remodels

Kitchen and bath updates, room additions, flooring, drywall, and everything in between. We turn your "someday" into "done."

Utility Installation

Water, sewer, and electrical utility hookups. From rough-in to final inspection, we handle it all with precision and code compliance.

Foundation & Structural

Cracked foundations, settling walls, and structural repairs. We diagnose the problem and build the right solution — not the quick fix.

Deck & Outdoor Living

Custom decks, patios, and outdoor structures built to last. Perfect your backyard retreat with craftsmanship you can lean on.

Roofing & Siding

Protect your biggest investment. Full roof replacements, repairs, and siding installations that stand up to whatever Greene County throws at them.

Emergency Repairs

When something breaks at the worst time, we're there. Fast response times for urgent home repairs — because leaks and failures don't wait.

Neighbors Building
For Neighbors

Northeast Utilities Construction started right here in Greenville — not as a big company, but as a commitment to do the job right, the first time. Over the years, that commitment has grown into a full-service home repair and construction business, but our approach hasn't changed.

We know the difference between a job that looks done and a job that is done. Every project gets our full attention, from the initial estimate to the final walkthrough. No shortcuts, no surprises on the bill, no ghosting after the invoice is paid.
